We all know that Myspace is a growing influence on the music industry, but here, we will be the first (and certainly not the last because this is a brilliant idea) to review a band's Myspace page.

And like all popularity contests, this is completely accurate in every way. Every way. So don't even question it.

*Note: our Myspace Rating is actually derived from an unbelievably complex mathematical formula. If the band's grade is over 70% (a C- or better) then they are addworthy. If it is below 70%, don't waste your time. We understand that there some technological gremlins involved in the Myspace universe which influence plays and views either postively or negatively, but we decided not to care.

Show Calendar (0/10): No show calendar exists. It's possible that Fall Out Boy isn't touring right now. It's also very possible that they're too lazy to alert their myspace legions as to their whereabouts. Maybe they needed show calendar space for another banner that links you to a place where you can buy more Fall Out Boy shit.

Blogs (7/10): Some poor soul named Adam is responsible for updating Fall Out Boy's myspace blog. He's pretty much on top of everything, but he signs each entry with the tag "Fueled by Adam," which I think is supposed to be a clever play on "Fueled By Ramen." It's not clever, though, and unless Adam can be cooked and spiced in less than four minutes, he should stop comparing his fuel capacity to the best snack ever. EVER.

Pictures and Videos (4/10):Yeah, the band has a bunch pictures and videos on the site. But they're Fall Out Boy pictures and videos, so I automatically deducted six points. Why doesn't that dude take off his hat?

Friends and Comments (5/10):Wow, underage girls love Fall Out Boy. It's only a matter of time before someone in the band goes to jail.

Pictures and Videos (9/10): Complete with pictures of tour oddities and their touring van, they have professional promo shots as well as a casual, yet fun photo booth photo - complete with a handle-bar mustache.

Friends and Comments (7.5/10): Good people loving good music. A good mix between bands and fans. A lot of emo girls, always good.
